WHO WE ARE

The Gentle Library is a digital printable shop based in the United Kingdom, owned and operated by Sarah Fisher. Our website is thegentlelibrary.co.uk. You can contact us at info@thegentlelibrary.co.uk.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

All products sold by The Gentle Library are digital downloads. You are purchasing a licence to print and use the files for personal use — no physical product will be posted to you.

Your files will be available to download immediately after purchase and saved to your Payhip account for as long as you need them.

PERSONAL USE LICENCE

Your purchase grants you a licence for personal use only. This means you may print the files as many times as you need for your own use, use them in your own home, garden, or hired venue, and share the finished printed pages with guests at your event.

Your licence does not cover reselling the files or printed versions, sharing the digital files with others, using the designs commercially or in a professional event-planning capacity, or reproducing the designs in any form for redistribution.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS — REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital files that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a download has been accessed. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which provide an exception to the standard 14-day cooling off period for digital content that has been made available immediately with the customer’s prior consent.

If you experience a technical problem with your download, please contact us at info@thegentlelibrary.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

WHAT WE PROMISE

Our files are high-resolution A4 PDFs designed to print clearly on a standard home printer. If a file is faulty or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, illustrations, and written content sold by The Gentle Library remain the intellectual property of The Gentle Library. Purchase of a product does not transfer any ownership of the underlying design or copyright.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
